Rockford 2009 marks the 10th Anniversary of the vintage BMX collector event that started it all!  We hope you'll be a part of this landmark event, and invite some friends from the old days!

Your banquet ticket purchase covers the following:

- One meal at the Saturday Night Awards Banquet with Guest Speaker Stu Thomsen
- Personalized Badge with Lanyard
- Commemorative T-Shirt
- 10 Raffle Tickets
- Swag bag
- Free admittance to Friday night's "Chill with Ron WIlkerson" event

Notes

* Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another attendee until June 18 at 5PM.

* Guest Speaker is "Scheduled To Appear."  Refunds cannot be given if, due to circumstances beyond our control, the scheduled guest speaker cannot attend.

* Dinner will be a plated service with choice of three entres (Chicken, Vegetarian and Pork). 

* Following your purchase of ticket(s), there will be a confirmation page with a link to the "Attendee Form."  This form will allow us to get the proper information for each person in your party so badges can be printed, a T-Shirt in the proper size can be printed for each attendee, and your/their entree of choice can be arranged for the banquet.  One form should be completed for each person in your party.  You will need the 7-digit Eventbrite confirmation number for each person completing the form.

* Display spaces at the track will be assigned beginning May 11.  Site Supporters and Vendors will get first dibs, then Banquet attendees who have purchased a ticket by May 11, then to others not in the above groups.  Standard space sizes will be determined based on number of tickets sold as of April 15, but will *probably* be 15x15 at a minimum (and many may include some "back" space for a trailer).   Site supporters and vendors have the option to add another space at no charge.  Additional spaces can be purchased, if available, and will be posted on VintageBMX.com for $20ea, with proceeds being donated, in full, to Rockford BMX.

* Hotel accomodations are not part of this ticket, and should be arranged separately with the Clocktower (use Event Code "VintageBMX").  We have a block of rooms priced at $109 per night, which are offered on a first come, first served basis.

* While this ticket entitles you to the above goodies, the full event is a Thursday-Saturday affair.  Please check out the active Rockford thread on VintageBMX.com for all the latest details.
